The spacious room provided excellent amenities, including a comfortable bed, a large bathroom with generous toiletries, and a ground coffee machine with complimentary options available 24/7. Plus, the staff were friendly!

We appreciated its comfy and absolutely perfect location.

booked standard queen room, that was provided with smart tv and free drinks, as example. location: the hotel was short walk to subway, seven eleven store and the popular tourists spots and subway stations. dessert restaurant ediya coffee gangdong located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

A metro station is very close to the hotel, central location.

The spacious room I stayed in at Harmony was a great feature, offering a comfortable mattress and pillows that provided restful nights. The quiet environment allowed me to concentrate on work, and the staff, while not fluent in English, were accommodating and helpful. I appreciated the presence of a coffee machine with complimentary options available 24/7.

Housekeeping occasionally overlooked cleaning my mugs and missed a day entirely.

Greatly enjoyed our 2 nights here. The hotel had amazing, good location, we where very close to a subway station. Gangdong-Gu district was worth visiting. The superior king room was spacious with free drinks and smart TV plus the A/C.

There were very comfy beds and a fridge, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels inside the room. We had a private bathroom.

A pleasant surprise in Seoul

I was greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing environment. The spacious room was well-appointed, with comfortable mattresses, made each night restful. The free coffee and filtered water in the lobby were just what I needed to start my day.

There was a slight hiccup with housekeeping. My mugs weren't cleaned daily, and once they skipped cleaning altogether. But overall, it didn't significantly impact my stay.

Cleaning services need a serious improvement!!! Towels for two people aren't enough!!! It was annoying to struggle with minimal space in the room and inadequate storage for clothes!!!

The hotel room was quite spacious, a rarity in this city! The nearby local market provided a vibrant atmosphere, and Kan Full cartoon street was just a short walk away. Plus, the city view from my room was fine, giving me a lovely backdrop for my stay!

Loved the comfortable furniture!

I really enjoyed the spacious bathroom that had all the essentials. Comfy slippers to lounge in! The free coffee and filtered water in the lobby were perfect for a cozy vibe, and I loved relaxing in the big room after city outings. Just a small note, the cleaner forgot to restock my mugs a couple of times, but it didn’t mess with my stay at all. 😊

We loved the central location, with easy access to Lotte Mall and nearby cafes. The spacious room was perfect for our family, allowing everyone to unwind after a busy day exploring Seoul. The kids enjoyed our visits to the local farmers' market as well!

My children wished for better housekeeping, especially a bit more attention to details like towels.
